Bring the usual: chair, samples, snack. Mash-Bash Participants – Have your yeast ready for the wort. Tasting will be at the 11 October meeting (Tred’s House). Grain bill: 19 lbs Castle Pale, 1.5 lbs Briess Victory, 1 lbs Briess Carmell 20L. Hops: Halltauer and Saaz.
Off-flavor Webinar Participants – Bring your $25 check or cash deposit to the meeting. The webinar will be held on 6 September (Saturday) at 2:00 pm at the Vapor shop (2818 SE Stallings Dr). The deposit will be refunded at the webinar.
