I’m currently aging 5 gal in a keg, in a chest freezer at 40 deg, Hibiscus Ginger Siason. I think it’s going to be pretty good and excited about it.February 23, 2014 at 11:23 am #671

Shazammer Imperial Robust Porter carbonating in a keg.
Super Shazammer Imperial Robust Porter aging in Ranger Creek Rye Whiskey cask.
Barbaric Yawp Honey Blonde Ale in fermentor.
Weird Beard IPA in fermentor.
Hibiscus Ginger Saison carbed and aging in keg to smooth out a little.
So far 12 beers have been entered for Spring Brewfest from all the brewers. Sounds like we have a bunch more getting brewed and will be submitted. Last year we had 65, maybe we can have more this year!
