I put this Belgian Strong Ale extract kit into the primary last Wednesday. Had good bubbling for first 3 days or so, then fell way off. (I suspect I didn’t oxygenate enough before pitching the yeast). Tonight I racked it to a secondary, and took a gravity reading: about 1.022. It should be 1.012 according to recipe.
Is there anything I can do at this point?
