Any tips from the great brew-guru on possible reasons for low alcohol content in an all-grain? Should I start by looking at brewhouse efficiency or fermentation?March 24, 2014 at 7:58 am #817
Was your o.g. on target? Did you do a yeast starter? Is it fermenting in an area that is the correct temperature for the yeast?
